What are the odds I would come across ab8040 again? Didn’t listen to someones advice about the vice grips, only saving grace was it was a Menards load. Where I bought vise grips.

Yeah, that's what it sounds like. Just felt I was slacking off if I waited to hit ready until Monday. But now that it is afternoon I hope Opie doesn't give me something that needs picking up today...unless I can pick it up and get back home for the night and start fresh tomorrow.

That trailer sounds familiar to me, but I don't remembering having too many issues with the tandems, so maybe not...I'll have to check my book...but it is in the truck and I'm back at home.

Below freezing tandems slide fine, get above freezing and it’s a hassle. At least that is how it worked for me.

That's pretty counter-intuitive, haha. Well, I got out to my truck 6 am, hit ready for dispatch, got a message back that it is slow, that's okay, more time to get the tires all back to proper pressure without a time crunch. Now 7 am, still nothing. Watch some of The Mandalorian. Start to feel really silly sitting in my truck a mile or two away from home. Take the bus back home. Good choice. Maybe Opie will get me something to deliver Monday. If not. Let's get back at it Monday. Just got my pay stub for last week (no work). Hmm, $35 detention pay. Cool. Take out $10 tax, another $30 for school payment, and another $5 for 401k...oh, I guess that's what that $10 "advance" is for. Hope there is no interest on that.

Then mom calls me up to talk about rent. Great. She tells me the number. Not bad at all of course. Then asks how much I usually make a week. Take home (after taxes, insurance, 401k, etc) $900 or so a week. Now she is thinking I can afford to pay her more.

I thought that was your truck I saw in the BRF shop.when I got DEF yesterday. You got lucky. That could've been much worse. Are they gonna put a brush guard on your truck now?

That wasnt mine if it was there yday. I was parked at the BK truck stop in Eau Claire from Tues night till this morning. Put truck in shop at 730 got it back at 3 30 and still dont have any of my collision #### or cruise. They have to order the parts for it. I did get a new bumper and headlight at least.
