I'd recommend avoiding the Pilot at Monteagle for a while, especially pump 21 which is running really slow. There's a semi blocking part of the intersection at the southbound exit northbound entrance ramp too.

Out of Maletto by 0930. Down to La Crosse for a load from City Brew to Monarch in Indy for 1100 April 10. Should already be loaded...appt time said 4/9 0200. Well, they don't even recognize the PU#.
Opie says the load is good but they need to get everyone on the same page and get me loaded. So all the other guys that rolled from Memphis to Eau Claire to here got in and out drop and hooks and I'm sitting here wondering when I'll get a dock to get loaded.
On Saturday I got here 14 hours early for the load and they hurried up to get it loaded for me, even though I was just going to take my 10.
Now instead I have to decide if I want to just stop by home for a free shower (but then have to go thru the trouble of getting back to the truck really early in the morning) or rolling down to Hebron (and hoping the lots aren't bursting). -
Gotta love how half our fuel solutions seem to be tiny terribly designed and placed Pilots where the pumps are slow and truck in line is immediately in the road.

Now waiting on BlueJay, the agent, to call City Brew. They forgot to put it in the system and so city brew doesn't have it in theirs...and my clock and day is wasting away.
Guess I deserve this after a way too easy start to this week. -
Well, they finally got it figured out but now it isn't going to load until 8 tonight and no word if the delivery time is still the same.

Yeah I've noticed that too. It's like they do deliberately. And then sometimes there will be a Pilot and a Flying J right next to each other with the same price, and the Flying J is almost always the better option but we will get the Peelot.
I feel like I've landed on the Wisconsin regional board. Dropped in Iron Ridge. Reload was at West Allis going to Fennimore. Reload from there was in Sparta going to Plano. At least it's keeping me moving,, so I ain't gonna complain.
Whoever the hell is in charge of the weather in Wisconsin is fired, though. -

What's the time limits with Wal-Mart loads? It says you can't be early, does that mean you shouldn't be waiting in line then? And what do they consider late? I don't want to get penalized either way.

Much as I dislike Love's their places are usually pretty consistent, but Pilot and Kwik Trip can be so hard to get into at times, and some aren't big enough for trucks.
