In my opinion, No they aren't, but there will be plenty others who disagree and refuse to work for a company who has them. As long as you stay off your phone(texting) you won't hear anything from Millis. They dont care if you eat or drink etc they just want the phone left alone.
Just north of Cincinnati. Do current CDL holders with the little experience I have need to go through the same training hoops I've read about as people acquiring their CDL through their programs? Or do they stick you with a trainer 'till they think you're ready? Also, do they hair test or urine?
Im not 100% but I think if you've got less than 1yr exp you have to go thru the schooling. You'd have to call recruiting to know for sure. Urine test
