Millis Transfer Experience

@Goobr54 Pulled back into Richfield about an hour ago. Thought we were going to stay the night then then Jamie said we've got enough clock lets beat feet.

I'm going to miss everyone. Grrrrrrr......

I'm actually at the Richfield Truck Stop across the street for the night.

 

Day 2 down, trip planning and tests. Millis 500 tomorrow.

 

And I don't check my mail until just now. A day late and a dollsr short... that's just how I roll

@keen98 its goin good man. Got about 4500 miles in a week and a half now. I hope they keep running us this hard. How about you?

 

Just got my truck today and ran thru house to get it all set-up and then headed for Memphis in morning.

 

Well yesterday was fun doing the millis 500 bobtail ...at first lol, the second half of the day it got old real quick. Looking forward to coupling & uncoupling today and pulling a 53 around the yard.

 

Well I must say I'm glad to be back. Left Memphis with a beer load to Smyrna GA I dropped in Cartersville last night. Opie asked me to do him a favor and run a load into Atlanta this morning which being Saturday went as easy as could be. Then in turn got a load going up to Eau Claire which allows me to go about 40 miles out of the way and swing thru the house tomorrow for bout 6 hours with my kids. Thats 1 real good thing bout Millis is nothing gets said if you go a lil out of the most efficient route to get some unexpected home time. Only 6 hours but extra 6 hour's with my boys means a lot. Also, man I love the 70mph truck lol. Got it turned up last night and man is it nice. That lil extra push when passing is awesome. Ready for the month to be over so i can begin training.
