Millis Transfer training school

Ok, so here's the deal with pay. It has changed but I am not yet familiar with the details. I should have called before now, but haven't. My pay went up, to a point. From what I am hearing trainees are getting 42cpm but I have no idea if they are getting combined miles like I was. When I trained it was 25cpm for every mile the truck rolled. That means I got paid for every mile my trainer drove too. I can't possibly imagine it works the same now, because that would be a huge cost for the company. But, I have to call them tomorrow anyway to adjust my benefits, so I'll ask.

I'm waiting till the summer when they offer that special of $300 to get into the class lol

 

As far as my recruiter told me, it was every mile the truck rolled still. Starting in feb, so I'll know for sure then. But interested to hear what they tell ya.
