As of right now it looks like I will be bringing this load up there. If I get out of the house when I plan on it I should be there around lunch time monday. I will let you know for sure this weekend if I will be there on monday.
-
We'll be there. We have one more day on the range (Which is Monday) then we'll drive the rest of the week. (At least thats the way I understood it).
-
Yep we are on the range Monday, Bluefreeze, truckerjeff and me --gonnabe and we are all looking forward to meeting you Spanky hope you can make it, and who knows might have fine tuned the backing thing before you get there so i dont embarass myself....lol . Have a good one
-
thought i would let you know i should be there sometime around 12 or 1 oclock monday afternoon to drop this load.
gonnabe Thanks this. -
Actually it cost $4500 ($5k minus the $500 down) according to my paperwork I did in January the $2500 doubles if you quit in the first year. -
The way the instructor broke it down was
$2500 for school ($100 mailed in....$400 first day of school....$2000 to be paid in payments # $20 wk.)
$2500 for on-the-job training (which will be waived after completing 1 year of employment)
I quit during school, therefor I owe the $2000 ($2500-$100 mail in-$400 paid the first day of school)Hitman Thanks this. -
do you do anything on the weekends or is it free time for you
-
when your going to school you can do anything you want on the weekends
there is nothing you have to do
when you go out with your trainer youll be driving and could be anywhere at any time ...sorta like how its gonna be once you get into your own truck
you probably wont get home every other weekend, at least if you want to make money
most guys are typically staying out on the road 3 - 4 weeks and many stay out longer then that
thats the reality of the trucking business
if you dont think you can handle those sorts of hours then this business may not be for you -
thats fine staying out just wanted to for school for i live 45 min away
