I have been here 17 years. It has its ups and downs. Freight seems to be picking up.

hello all!
i have been wanting to be a truck driver for a very long time. it is now my time and after reading the post about this company and most of the other companies, i have decided that tomorrow i will be applying to millis tranfer. this is the most positive post about a company out of ALL of the posts on the whole site!!!!!!!!! i have been reading and researching companies that will hire someone with a cdl but no otr experience. i had all but decided to go to roehl and then i talked to usa truck that will accept a refresher course and someone called me and gave me the number off of the back of a millis truck. seems like it was meant to be. ive had my cdl for 5years but it seemed like every company wants me to go into debt for a school but not pay anything (swift .14 cpm what a joke). so good luck to all and im going to try to go to GA since i live near charlotte nc. -

Not a lot of people qitting now so they don't need to keep hiring as many student if they won't have a truck for them. They also closed richfeild just going to have trenton school for a while.

Guess, that is a good reason. Freight moving pretty good?

Yes freight still moving good averaging about 2800 to 3300 miles a week and home on weekends still. What you been up to alabamaspirit?
