Ive been here 2yrs and I've never unloaded a trailer. And neither have any of the other guys here that drive for Millis.
My guess is its more of a "never say never" thing to cover their ### just in case a customer asks us to help. And if we were asked to help unload, I can guarantee we'd be compensated nicely. But to spout off saying "Millis drivers have to help unload their trailers" and "I'm a driver not a lumper" acting like we are out here unloading all of our trailers is ridiculous. Maybe it happens 1 time in 5 yrs or something, if so big deal majority of guys on the road could definitively use the exercise
If you dont have to unload the trailer like the recruiter and website say you might have to, Millis will eventually let you run 70mph and also have directv in every truck.
