ok so there are other posts similar to this but not recently.
Looking for comparison as far as miles being driven, attainable bonuses, pay raises on time, good runs bad runs,
also what's the deal with Roeh's physical? you take it there? do they make everyone do sleep test. my bmi is low and neck is well under 17. Yeah I'm one of those 5'9 160 guys. LOL
will need training, what are the differences there? Looks like Millis keeps in training longer. talked to both, and both seem ok to me.
    what are your experiences?

A couple of differences off the top of my head:

Roehl offers training, but I think they run a credit check. If you drive 100k miles for them you don't owe them anything.

Millis 500 up front and they will finance the rest of school. If you stay with them a year you only owe 2500 for the "driving training"

Yeah I do believe Roehl does a credit check if you go through their school.

Phyisical is easy they check your heart rate after you pull, lift, squat, certain things. Its a breeze unless your completely lazy out of shape and 600 lbs. No sleep apnea test will be done either. Just the phyisical test and paperwork, driving/backing test same as everyone else. Training 2 weeks out. Theyre school I have no clue I went to school before I went there. Miles for me are good, bonuses are acheiveable if thats your thing, good loads and bad loads to me its either light or heavy, some places are tight and others huge distribution centers. Pay raises youll have to check with them. Hometime is good. This is for Roehl

    DrtyDiesel Thanks this.
