Make sure to empty your refrigerator when you go on hometime.

I had a partner he left chicken in my fridge when he went home. Still to this day months later my fridge still stinks and he's not on my truck anymore. But I can still smell him.

The motor is at the top. Because of the rubber feet it does not shakes at all. I have it on a carpet too. Very quiet btw. For it to get in fire you will have to hit it very very hard to even broke one of the pipes. So It is very unlikely to happen.

I enjoy working in a clean truck :) i always clean my truck inside, outside when I got home every two to 3 weeks. Including the fridge. I been training someone and between this fridge snd the truck one we can bring enough food for both of us for 2 weeks Including drinks.

I'll be adding a mini-fridge at some point to my truck. I'm trying to decide if I want to put it under the table on the passenger side. Or if I want to put it up on the top bunk. Right now I have the 12 volt cooler up there and it works fine. But not sure I want to have both of them up there. I'll use the cooler for drinks and the fridge for food.

I do have s 12 volts cooler it does work great for drinks but not too good for food. It is on the top bunk. I was going to remove the cabinet behind the passenger seat to install my fridge but it did work fine just in front of the cabinet so I can secure it to the cabinet and it does not move at all. The fridge it self full of food it is like 80 lbs so I csn easy move it if I want to reach any dry food that I usually keep on that cabinet.

A mini fridge will still be a good option compared to the truck fridge. Just make sure it is secure and have some carpet or rubber on the bottom to help with the vibration

That looks great, lot of space for a small fridge.I’ve got the smallest one Walmart sells. Same size as original, running on a 1000w inverter. They put them on sale every year around August, before College classes start. I plan on getting a bigger fridge and putting it up into Drivers side useless Freightliner cabinet. My friends 379 had it mounted up high like that, on passenger side. Makes it more user friendly. I’m gonna put the little one in the upstairs bedroom at home for cold drinks, along with a coffee pot, for those extra Lazy days. Lol.

Those little lines, especially the cap tube can work harden and break with just the trucks vibration. That should keep them settled.

Glass isn't exactly a good insulator. Why would you go with a display fridge that's inefficient instead of a cheap one that's not going to waste electricity and keep you up at night with LEDs?

It's probably 2 panes of glass with nitrogen between them. Like the freezer section at the grocery store.
