Mini fridge that can handle the haul??

    oh I looked up waeco and some of the first products were thermo, those 12v ones are normally very expensive

    I literally melted the 12v plug end on one of these things. Not sure why the fuse never blew, but after my second one (neither lasting more than a few months) I gave up. Plus thermoelectric coolers aren't that great in Texas and Florida in July and August lol.

    OH! Wow! I did too! I was sitting in my drivers seat reading at about 1am when I noticed behind me my cab was filling up with smoke! It was coming from behind my fridge so I real quick ripped the plug out of the outlet. The plug was very hot and soft - another second or two and it would have been melting. I was so very blessed that day. Had it happened while I was sleeping - I shudder to consider all the what ifs!!!
