Estes hired me in 2012 with a 30 day old license. My brother was hired there a year later with a 6 month old license. They aren’t the best LTL company but not the worst either and the pay is top of the industry. Down in FL starts around $21/hr and tops out around $27/hr. Should be similar all around the country.

Go get it then. It’s a simple test and about $100. Will be the best $100 you ever invested in your career if local work is what you want to do

Any Sysco house will hire you. Having a CDL with handtruck experience makes you good to go. You should make no less than $60,000-70,000 in year one, but you will earn every penny of it.

I worked for Sysco Atlanta for 15 years as a delivery driver. Worked 60-70 hrs every week and worked 15-25 stops per day. Drove 250-300 miles per day. My last year there I did $90,000+.
