Go to Walmart, get at least 3 pair of Wranglers, or Rustler jeans. They’re cheap enough. 5 pair of underwear and socks, and 5 decent shirts. Maybe a light jacket. Plenty of time for a winter jacket later. You’ll be good for at least 3 yrs. Maybe a pair of work gloves, and boots. A shower bag, big enough for everything needed. Don’t forget the shower flip flops. Required footwear, if Driving a Volvo. And a folding clipboard. All the important Truck drivers have those. And an ink pen. Oh yeah, most importantly, a baseball/ Truckers cap, and sunglasses.

Not going to be a lot of extra room for your stuff in the trainers truck, so try to fit everything you need in one duffel bag. You'll have plenty of time to add more when you get assigned you own truck.

I've got an inflatable twin right now. Probably about 6" tall.

Yeah. Have to get boots and another sleeping bag when I get to DFW. Not going to be able to take the one I have on the plane. No biggie. It's $10.
