It could be a bad switch. The Owner Manual should give a location of the fuse for the switch.

Open your window, put your hands on the mirror den adjust accordingly. Jeeesus

probably the switch.wait till you see how much it is from KW!!!!one of the most unbelievable prices yet.

I will tell you what is unbelievable. My W9 has a very large round shift lever boot. I ordered a replacement so I could keep it the way it was. I get the new one and it is a little bitty turd of a boot. $50. Now I have a huge hole in the carpet with a itty bitty boot in the middle of it. I was expecting to get the big boot. For 50 bucks I thought I would get an original replacement not something I could buy at any truck parts house for $12. No KY with it either.

take the switch out clean the contacts with some rubbing alcohol
they probably just aren't getting good power -
If it does not fit like the original they got you the wrong one. Did they order from your VIN? People make mistakes, it is up to you to let them know.

And how does this help with the OP's question? Jeersus

How do you get to old switch? Remove whole panel or just pry old switch out ?
-
Take off the panel or youll ding up around the switch trying to pry it out. The switch has some metal pieces holding it in that you need to get from under the back of the switch. There are 5 screw that are hidden by some tabs/covers. Just pop them off. The window crank has a plastic cover you need to remove to get to the screw. Once they are all out, lift upwards and out to remove the panel for access to the switch. Above all...have fun!spsauerland Thanks this.
