The cases that oval pumpkinhead and Boss Hogg Outlaw discuss is why the feds even think to go after this model in all cases.
I was an IC. I owned the truck. I did its maintenance, and I covered up the door signs and hauled somewhere else at the same time.
These cases don't require a judge for anyone to see that you're an employee, not an IC, and the companies should be punished for passing on costs that have nothing to do with you.
