misdemeanor charges

im jus wondering are ther any trucking companies out ther that are willing to hire or train a person with misdemeanors on ther record.no felonies only misdemeanors. and the latest misdemeanor was in 2008 another was in 2004.ive applied at several companies to only be turned dwn so i ask is ther any companies outther that would hire or train me.the 2008 charge was for communicating threat and a worthless check,the 2004 charge was for misdemeanor marijuanna possession(got caught with a marijuanna ciggerrette) less than a half of an ounce ......................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

I would call an attorney and see what advice they can give you but the 2008 charges aren't pretty.

 

yea heard yea have to wait 3 yrs at the very leased.and your 3 yrs waiting period is almost up,its not a forever wait,you will get there:smt031good luck.

 

please dont wait any longer to have it setaside,or in your state exponged,THIS IS SOMETHING U CAN DO YOURSELF WHEN CLEARED FROM THE COURT.AFTER YOUR REQUEST THE WAITING TIME IS 2-3 MONTHS.GOOD LUCK,CHECK IT OUT!!!!!!!!!

WELL THATS JUST GREAT NEWS,BUT STILL DO A SELF CRIMINAL CK ON YOURSELF,YOU MITE SEE THE EXPUNGEMENT SAYS (MISTEMEANOR SET A SIDE)OR IN YOUR STATE MITE SAY (MISTEMEANOR EXPUNGED)BUT IT WILL NEVER SAY NOT GUILTY.WHEN THEY APPROVE AN EXPUNGEMENTDONT GIVE UP (BEEN THERE).GOOD LUCK.
