Thank you very much that is what I was thinking of doing tomorrow. But if it's just "sealed" won't it still appear? I thought it had to be exponged?

Thanks for your quick good response. I live in Tennessee but I'm willing to relocate if need be.

Maybe someone else can chime in. I remember reading about a company in Utah. They do hair tests. They know some are lying about drugs. They don't worry about believing you.

If they test for caffeine. I'm in trouble.

I also need a company that will train and hire. I wonder what it would cost to get them "expunged". I just really want a good "starter company". I know for a fact going with Swift can get you going in the right direction. My uncle drove for them for 11 years.and drove for himself for a few years and now is making out pretty good in North dakota. But if I can't get on with them I would take just about anywhere similar aslong as they hAve decent cpm and freight.

Tennessee; I'm from Robertson County; born and raised there.
Ok, here's some ideas to try. Do some applications and something will hit soon. Do the online applicatons, then follow with a phone call a few days later.
R.E. West - Lebanon,TN-Have no misdemeanors in the last 10 years. Don't know if they will waive that or not; some companies do on a case by case basis.
Millis Transfer - need $500.00 for fees.
Titan Transfer - Shelbyville,TN. Provides meals during school, but no lodging.
CRST - have to run teams for 10 months then can apply for solo position.

That's C.R. England you're referring to. Any old port in a storm, as the saying goes. He can try that one also if he wants.

Apply to all the companies listed so far and something will hit. Take the best offer.

Foodservice jobs that require only a cdl permit:
    Sygma Network
    Reinhart Foodservice
    McLane Foodservice
With these jobs you run teams with an experienced driver and have 90 days to acquire a cdl. Probably deliver to fast food joints and help the driver unload. Apply online for "driver associate" or "driver helper."
