    Since the bus is torn from back to front, and the bus is at a bus stop, I'm going to side with... it's the truck driver's fault.

    We all know the drivers side of the bus was hit. Either way,the trucking company is on the hook for a New Flyer D40 series rapid transit bus!

    Right, and passengers sit on both sides of a bus, not just the right side of the bus.
    The bus drivers window was not hit.

    LOL. Then it should have read side passenger's window, rather than passenger side window. There was a time when being a journalist meant being able to write clearly. Imagine being a journalist and having your sentences picked apart and laughed at on a trucker's forum.
