Really wish the time line looked better. It's very confusing, not to mention, almost impossible.
Will keep an ear to the ground though.

question....US XPRESS uses qualcomm...you even stated that in your post....
-
im guessing they found the truck just not him am i right?
-
That's an easy area to come up missing. Kinda like the Bermuda Triangle of trucking in MS.

I'm hoping the local cops have been notified. Even tho he's an adult and can disappear whenever he wants , they can still put out a BOLO on him and the truck . If foul play is discovered , of course that will put the BOLO in a high priority status.
Hope he's ok. -

I hope that they find him, and that he is okay. My thoughts and prayers go to the family, and a suggestion would be to contact the service provider of your cell phone company and have them do a trace on the phone...they have gps built in to ping the phone or the last known area he was in. I know what it is like to have drivers come up missing from dispatching, but I can't imagine waiting by the phone just to hear your loved one's voice to know that they are okay. My thoughts are with all of you out there.

Still no word on my uncle Sakib. We know that around 2 am he contacted his dispatcher and was 90 miles NORTH of jackson, as i mentioned earlier. PLEASE, IF ANYONE KNOWS ANYTHING PLEASE CONTACT THE MISSISSIPPI POLICE DEPARTMENT OR SPOKANE, WASHINGTON POLICE DEPARTMENT. in the mean time, pray or hope for the best.
Giggles the Original Thanks this. -
Here's my problem with this thread. Some people, law enforcement and US Xpress aren't putting this together. And hopefully, I can express my concerns correctly.
Thursday night, he was in Yazoo, MS approx 32 miles from Canton through back roads (legal route).
Thursday night (about 10), he was also about 16 miles from Canton. Which would be in the area of the Chevron located at that particular ramp, if he took that route. He could have parked there, plenty of room. Or he could have come the "other" back way, into the Love's truck stop at the 119. Not a particularly good route to take if you're not familiar with the area.
Several hours later on Friday morning, he had not picked up the load. But was 90 miles north of Jackson, obviously going the wrong way. Which would be the Vaiden area.
No word since.....
