    And by the letter of the law "actual physical control" is described as proximity to the vehicle and the keys to operate it. Nothing more doesn't even have to be running just keys in your pocket and you inside the vehicle could get you jammed up if a dot wanted to.

    I got pulled over on I-69 in Michigan a week ago at 3 in the morning. Just before he pulled out a truck blew by me doing atleast 70 being a eighteen wheeler Michigan is 60. Givin I was doing 62 or 63 instead he pulls me over for one marker light on the back/top of the trailer does a full inspection pass except for the light. Nice to the LE guy cause he was nice and polite to me but just thinking the whole time he pulled me over for a marker light but not the other guy running well over the speed limit.

    well i guess all the rv drivers are getting a threaded shaft.
