Drivers would have to be neater and more organized in these cause when you open flip the cab up for repair work you'd have everything on the dash or the floor or they would keep it that way since their are drives that have their stuff like that anyway in a conventional cab.

Too Small -
I passed a little pumpkin the other day that was about the size of a cab over but it was a conventional. Maybe one of those micro mini's? Looked like it didn't have a passenger seat and the fuel tanks were a lot smaller too. I wish I could have seen what brand of truck it was but I was really moving. Anybody know?

Prime has been getting microscopic Freightliners, Internationals and Petes.

yea SNI uses small bunk trucks for Dedicated routes, talk to KE5WDP on here he's got one he'll tell you about them
American Trucker -
Yeah, I'd heard that. This was a Schneider truck though. I wonder what the trade off is other than fuel economy? Are they much less powerful than their full sized counterparts? Are these little trucks the wave of the future?

Thanks AT, I posted before I got to read your post.
American-Trucker Thanks this. -
SNI= Schneider

The reason Prime is pushing them is to increase available payload weight so Kraft can load 48K in a trailer instead of just 45K.
zebcohobo Thanks this.
