Modern tractor and factory fitted cb Antenna

Check post #33 I think for pics of my solution. I slip seat all the time so my options are limited. I give my opinion on what I'd do with a permanently assigned tractor, in the last post of that thread. The set up in the pictures works really well!!

I know this is two yr old an all but that coil needs to be above the roof..Bet that unless your a flat bedder you looseing alot of signal between cab and trailer..Again if your a flat bedder,your still loosin alot going foward..

 

Find the solution yet???

 

I install my predator and pass the coax truh the firewall under the hood no more problems with the door damaging the cable and by the way got swr 1.0 on all channels

 

That's about as good as it gets!

 

More to it than i know byt didnt think a 1.0 was possible across all 40..
