Mona transport , Alhambra ca

Delivered load for them from SLC to phoenix , broker called us multiple times , texted driver for updates and pics , following week its been rejected by my factoring co , we called them and asked for quickpay and provided all necessary information. One week gone - nothing , second week - nothing , we called again - verified everything and patienly waiting. Couple days later broker texted and asked for bol and rate con for payment and said its fake rate con ( not his ) , immediately blocked us from their phones . Submitted the claim on his bond and even after providing proof of communication from same broker on day one on the same phone number his bond co denied the claim .

 

Nope ... Bond company denied it ... Looks like this load we delivered been double-triple-quad brokered ..
I got ahold of the shipper and explained the situation, they promised to call back - not even answered after , i already forgot about when arcbest called last monday and asked to email for all paperwork... Waiting to see whats gonna happen
