Totally agreed. I can't stand his whiny ### for real. I wonder if he actually drives too, because no driver has that much time to make as much content as he does. Lol. At least Bonehead Trucker dude used to be entertaining. He gets too social/political for my liking at times. I much preferred when he just kept it about trucker fails lol. Plus, how many flip flop videos and blocking the fuel island videos can you post? I don't want to be outraged, I want to laugh lol.

There was a lawsuit involved. They tried Chapter 11 but couldn't facilitate it. That's how they ended up doing Chapter 7. Apparently, PNS Transportation tried to buy them out. PNS has been buying some companies for quite some time now, I think they want to be the lone flatbed company in Alabama.

What could go wrong selling controlling interest in your company to a venture capital firm?
One Equity Partners Invests in Montgomery Transport | News | One Equity Partners

“We are excited to have OEP as a partner,” stated Rollins Montgomery, CEO of Montgomery Transport. “With prior investment experience in the trucking sector, OEP is the partner we need to expedite our expansion and diversification while positioning us as a leader in the transportation and logistics space across the United States.”

OEP bought at the top of the market and probably hasn't seen a return on their investment, and is forecasting increasing loses so decided to sell. Rollins apparently objected to the company being sold out from underneath him and sued to block it. OEP tried to force a sale under Chapter 11, when that didn't work they decided to cut their losses with a fire sale.

    I was about to say..
For those who want a large car at a reasonable price, your ship has just come in.
Better get in on the action before the auction houses do!
