    I would of told them... you know it's problem..then it's your fault for not making improvements so this issue is on you not us drivers.. and since you'r admitting there's a problem but your blaming other's for your mistake... I don't think I care to do business with you

    If they're going to insist on that retarded design in the first place, at least add some kind of constant-torque springs to the bolts.
