    so I was gonna work for a local company but the owner wants me to get a bit more experience shifting befoee I start working for him. I'm wondering what company can I go to for maybe 6 months to get a little bit of otr under my belt and come back and work locally. That pays decent

    Yea he said everything was good but he wants me to practice a bit more because I got kinda nervous in bumper to bumper traffic. I was having trouble coming to full stops and starting back up so he wants me to work on that

    Excellent! If he would give me his word on a shot a a job, I'd take the first team gig I could find.

    I'd want one of those smaller company's. I d want the most miles in the least amount of time.

    Yea he had me get my twic card too. I just need to find a company were I can get my shifting experience in. I'd like to make decent money for the time I'm there until I come back tho. I eventually wanna get my own truck but for now I just wanna start making my money and gaining experience
