More possibly inhabitable planets discovered

You don't have to be an atheist to realize that story is just a complete ripoff of somebody else's fairy tale.

Wait a minute. How did we get from talking about other planets with life possibly on them to Bible stories?

I said "for the most part"..........STUPID. So what I'm getting at is if you don't smoke (such as myself) at least you can move out of the way from the smoke (hold on let me write this in bold print) most of the time, where as with the enviroment, I'm kinda stuck with all you guys if something goes wrong.

 

Who could ever tell we were ruining the earth i guess they must all close there eyes when there passing this one!

Jepp...dig up photos taken in the 50's through the 70's to attempt to prove a pointless argument. Fact is, the US has done more than any three other industrialized nations combined to clean things up. So what would you have us do? Start a war with China to make them clean up their act? Or Russia? Or how about India?

Quit carping on the US and maybe start b****ing about someplace that really is dirty. French power plants by themselves put out more emissions than all the power plants in California combined. We're doing our part. If you are really interested in a clean environment, get your gov't to lay sanctions on any country that produces excessive pollution and stop buying their products. But you can't do that, now can you? That would mean giving up that X-Box and big screen TV.

Data, man. Data. That picture could could be stacks putting out ordinary water vapor and carbon dioxide for all we know.

 

So your admitting that all that smog is probably not very good, but we took steps to clean it up or are you saying that there was never any reason to clean things up?

I dubt the technology will ever be avalible for us to go to any of them though in our lifetimes.
