If you want a "rep" for being a "powerhouse" , (????)...you should build a Cat motor like that 475 in your 98 Pete. Just be careful if its a 5ek serial number they had some bad cranks, if yours is still original.

If you do keep the Cummins, never mind that Fass system and those air filters......you wont even notice the difference.

Have the regen system removed and reprogram ecm....not cheap have about $10000 ready and you might get some change back.
