Seems Jen runs under Roy's MC, at least according to the signage on her truck.

The only 'real' trucker on the show is Marc.

He used to sell Harley's until the dealer laid him off....then he got into trucking and is actually
rather successful. He runs into Canada a lot and there is decent paying freight up that way.

hmmm...have you seemed to have forgotten that neither chris nor robbie has a CDL and they're over 26,000? they're a bunch of crack pot idiots that have no business being on the road and are by far my least favorite on the show. Well only one that belongs on the show is marc but that's beside the point. Jennifer was a previous model, has no business shipping since she has no experience hell she didn't even know she had to stop at a chicken house, Jarrett is a complete idiot but then again keeping him around is always good because I can get a good laugh. Back to chris you know that moron was a previous drug dealer right? This whole show is a joke yea I watch it but only because it's nice to see how they screw almost everything up. If those are uship's TOP transporters I'd love to be on that show. Hell I'd run circles around all them guys aside from marc...wouldn't make any money but I'd still run circles around them.

You do not need a CDL to pull over 26,000. Just a chauffeurs license unles your vehicle has air brakes. At least that's the way it was when I was driving a wrecker.

    A cdl is required...

    Classes of License:

The Federal standard requires States to issue a CDL to drivers according to the following license classifications:
Class A -- Any combination of vehicles with a GCWR of 26,001 or more pounds provided the GVWR of the vehicle(s) being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
Class B -- Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing a vehicle not in excess of 10,000 pounds GVWR.
Class C -- Any single vehicle, or combination of vehicles, that does not meet the definition of Class A or Class B, but is either designed to transport 16 or more passengers, including the driver, or is transporting material that has been designated as hazardous under 49 U.S.C. 5103 and is required to be placarded under subpart F of 49 CFR Part 172 or is transporting any quantity of a material listed as a select agent or toxin in 42 CFR Part 73.

Why oh why do they and YOU refer to them as "shippers"?? She is a CARRIER!! She doesnt own the product, make the product, or sell the product!!

We dont call Werner, JB Hunt, Swift, etc etc a shipper; they are carriers!!! It irks the hell out of me when people and themselves refer to them as "shippers":biggrin_25510:

I think everybody on that show is a joke. Even Marc is a loss for trucking "I can clear $1.50 mile on this run, that's good money" .... Come on.

The only one worth watching is the Robbie chick and she fell for the Jersey Shore tool like most girls. And how many trucks does this guy own??? I've seen them in over 6 different trucks on the show, and there's even more online. And all have about $15k worth of rims and custom suspensions!!!

He is not a true jersey shore tool unless you believe the show jersey shore. I grew up on the jersey shore and we used to have fun getting those people from north jersey busted buy the cops.

By the way a CDL is required to tow a trailer over 10000 lbs.

It is another "reality" show like gold rush. The formula is one successful, two or three marginal, and one joke operation. The shows are just entertainment for the sheep that watch tv
