    Well I've arrived at a decision.
    Been wrestling around about 6 months on changing company's this summer.
    1. Changing carriers is a pain in the ### .
    2.money isn't everything and yes I've been offered more more elsewhere but it's with carriers with less than 20 years in business and Morehouse has been around since 1932 so I'm not gonna be hung out to dry here.
    3. My rates haven't gone down at all and some have gone up .
    4. There's always plenty of freight here .
    5. I'm going into year 6 now so have enough tenure here that I do pretty much what I want when I want , also good relationship with the office people .
    Bottom line is I think I best stay here , I have security here in uncertain times and I'm getting to old to be jumping around .

    That right there what you have said is years of experience knowing the industry, and that’s why I, and other enjoy your posts and seek you for advice. The grass isn’t always greener, I can attest to that. I did the whole chasing a little bit more money thing and it’s almost always not worth the hassle to give up a good thing and a good work environment for it. I’m sure they’re glad you’re stickin around too. Where have you been running, I thought I remember you saying you had an Ohio out and back?

    I've just been running here and there where I wanna to go.
    Did you guys know Tom t hall committed suicide in 2021 ?
