    These new drivers lol.
    Stopped yesterday at puru ill to fuel and shower and coming back out a stevens transport driver next to me flags me down to ask about his scale ticket, I told him move it 5 holes and he had no idea which way so I explained it to him .
    Turned out hes from Brazil...not Indiana! And been on the road a month....total.
    I asked him where he loaded at and yes it was an ibp load .
    1st drop
    Western beef in Brooklyn NY.
    2nd drop ...Nebraskaland in the bronx .
    3rd drop ...lineage cold on ave p in Newark.
    He of course wouldn't listen to me as I tried to explain things to him so I said good luck and left .
    How in good conscience do these companies send green as grass drivers into areas like this and expect them to succeed?
    They might as well have sent that guy to hell and hes probably gonna have real bad day tmw .

    I really don’t offer help to anyone. They rarely want it. If they need it but won’t ask, they have other personality issues they need to work on. I asked a lot for help when I started and got piss poor results and had to figure things out on my own. That includes non trucking stuff too. Maybe that’s why I’m such a D-head. Maybe I need therapy.
