    No unfortunately sapps doesent sell beer and I'm 3 hours north of him for the night .if you ever see my truck parked at sapps with the curtains closed ....its been stolen !

    Well got approved for bigger better nicer in lavista today and hate to say it because I had zero issues where I am and great neighbors but much better area of town .
    I will miss my neighbors!
    Also found out late last week the sewer main from the house to the street is collapsing and the yard will need dug up ...not cheap and glad I couldn't get a mortgage now ...everything happens for a reason .
    Moving day is Feb 1st .

    I did mine which goes over a steep hill to where the main is. Didn’t know plumbing, sewers or excavation but I learned real quick after I was handed a quote!

    Well my current land lord seems to just wants to bandaid the problem by having it snaked out when it backs up into the basement which is nasty .
    No way I'd buy that house now or even rent it ....im gone !
