    I am starting with A.M. Express. and they don't have APU's in the trucks and dont allow ideling I am from the U.P. of MI and I will end up sleeping in the south eventually has any one ever used a portable A/C?

    I'am going through training with werner right now i am about 100 hours short of testing out. My expirience so far has been so-so. I have had 2 great trainers. The only thing i would warn you about is nothing but lyin bull that comes from the sdm;s(student driver managers) You better hope your trainer likes to take showers because a lot does not. Thats why 3 people i went to truck driving school quit. they were only taking showers twice a week. If you go into it with a good attitude you will do fine you cant listen to everything you read on here because it will discourage you but u will do fine
