Not a load but when I first got my auto I went to fill the tanks up to get an empty weight. Pulled up to the pumps, stopped, set brakes, and got out and started pumping. 5 mins later the truck shuts off, darn it's got an idle timer. Finish pumping and get in to pull forward and the it won't start. I sat there for what seemed like 5 mins trying to figure it out and finally got the owners manual out. First step was make sure truck is in neutral. I look down and sure enough it's in drive. I was so used to foot off clutch and trucks running then I'm in neutral. Sure felt stupid after that one.
Most Memorable Load?

###### automatics, lol. I couldn't get off the fuel island once but it was because of a valve on the trailer having an issue in the cold and my trailer brakes locked up when I was stopped with engine off. I did end up getting it to roll after a few minutes of screwing around, dumping and filling the suspension with air and setting and releasing the brakes and what not (might have been -30 Celsius kind of cold that day). Anyway, I noticed a driver watching from afar, I just hope he didn't think I set my trailer brakes when I stopped and couldn't figure it out–lol!

Speaking of brakes.
I ran my wheels off one week. It got so where I was following any old trailer across a state rather than pullling into a truckstop nearby. A convoy of three put me into the rocking chair as I slept against the drivers window for 100 miles before I woke up with a swerve following that stupid red light of the trailer in front.
Anyhow. I happened to be on a upgrade that night and it was raining, I did not feel too good so I spent the night with my head on the dash (And a mark that did not quit for a week...) it got so bad that the tractor bucked and lugged down, I was too tired to give a #### to wake up to drop a gear.
When I woke up on Town Hill, 5% 4 mile grade south of Breezewood my foot was killing me. It happened to be on the service brake approximately 15 hours I spent in dreamland.
There is a God. Imatelling you.
