Last week I had 6 stops at 6 different sale barns loading, started in south florida and finished in the panhandle then out to Texas to unload, 1364 miles in just over 24 hours.... On e-logs...
I've done 710 in one day. With 65mph govern and it was before the 30 minute break was around. Drove 11 straight
No you didn't, that is impossable, you know that . I know that and DOT knows that. You may have logged it but you sure as heck didn't do it. Never seen a truck that went from zero to 65 in zero seconds. Never seen a truck that did 65 up hill down hill always 65. Not to even mention what states you drove in, was the speed limit 65, no scales were open. Come on who do you think you are kidding.
I use to log 700+ quiet a bit but i was drivin alot more than that too. also a person can log 4000 mi in a week and be legal if you know what ypur doing... use to do it alot. its tight bit itd possiablr. and d.o.tt. will look at it funny. a.d really knit pick ur book. but if they can find no fault they let u go. and to the person that says you cant do it. think what ou want. but if ur smart enough and know hpw to do math it can be done.
yep, back in '01 when I was going Denver to Houston every week, 3 months in a row I logged 12,000 miles
actually what also works really really good, a couple of donations to your state Police Protective Assoc. or similar. Used to donate $50 every year, got a neat little sticker to put on my vehicle, the more you donate the prettier the sticker got. Turned a 67/35 with 8 pts and $600 fine into a $75 No Seatbelt in my pickup.
Thats the beauty of paper logs. And its up to the DOT to prove otherwise. If you get inspected and the DOT questions you, simply state how you logged it is how it was. They want you to slip up and admit something. The key is not to.
