Most miles driven in One day ?

You bet a long time, my old Merritt is pretty heavy. Got it parked at the barn I'm trying out that skateboard gig we talked about last week. Since they have gotten behind hunting someone to do it they are paying almost what a back haul outta this place would for me to just flip and get another. I want to be off friday looks like it gonna be a hard week to get 2.

 

Ummmm...I'd tread lightly. You have no idea what we go through. Its real easy to say that when you're not in a ###### if you do ###### if you don't situation.

 

10-4 yea washed out and full of fuel I'm about 34500 or so. Good to hear they came up on the rate for you. I'm sure you can make 2 turns this week. Manhattan is usually locked up at night until about 7 or 8 AM. I keep thinking that's the only scale I pass on 70. Bet that's the first time a lot of guys have seen an oversize moving that fast

 

Inexperience and stupidity is what has them on our backs. I didn't and still don't want this to turn into a debate. You have your opinion I have mine. Not saying ANYBODY on this forum does it but what I done today is no worse than Parking for your ten hr break and doing whatever but sleep except 2 or 3 hrs then continue on. I was fine to continue on to delivery and sleep here instead of a truck stop lot. It makes me wonder if HOS rules were longer how many would drive longer?

 

From the looks of things, it is much easier to acquire many more miles with paper logs than it is with electronic logs.

to all the people that say runing hard gives the industry a bad name. ... the way i see it. is everyone has their own limits, issues, and own reasons. i do it because i understand what it takes to make it. and im not content with a three digit pay check. isint it all about making the $? and to the bull hauler i know this for fact. there aint no feelin like cow mobilin. thanks for keepin the beef on my table.

 

Believe it or not the big squares less than 102 wide. Washed out and full of fuel with my wagon I'm a little lighter than you. 85 to 87 is par loaded, at 73 she didn't know what to think. I miss my wagon already, never got scolded about my book or speed with it on my tail.

 

I no exactly what truck drivers go thru. i have had my own personal experience with dot. i have had my medical card taken away because of blood clots. just because that condition is in that book of regulations. AND unlike u i asked for a elog trk. it aint no if and or but about it U SHOULDN'T DRIVE ILLEGAL. they just put a post here of a driver killing 3 people because he was driving over HOS. if you have a 1027 run u should have left yesterday. that mean it take 1 1/2 days not 1 day im just glad u didn't pass by where i was driving that long. u can get mad all day WRONG IS JUST WRONG. that is why you trip plan each load and set aside the time you need to get the load there on time. IT STILL AINT NO EXCUSE FOR RUNNING OVER HOS!!!!!! u cheat on logs and i run elog trk and i still got more miles than a person like u

I'd get my butt chewed with a flat if I was running 75...with the pot nobody says anything...side from the chicken haulers...I don't wanna start that aruement though haha.
