    What is the timeline for getting it repaired?
    Make sure they repair or replace anything else they find while the engine is apart.

    Dealers are sales people. They'll tell you whatever to get you to sign. I never believe a dealer with any vehicle until I confirm with mine own eyes.

    I don't think a oil change would have saved him. #### happens. I'm curious if it failed a cam first and then debris took out the rod bearings.

    Yes I believed them since all the filters were new. As far as timeline, I dont know. They are still tearing it down and pulling the motor on Monday probably. Once done, they have to get a comprehensive repair sent to P2k and then we have to talk to an adjuster and see what they pay.
