Just got me an Electra glide and I want to put a cb on it.
The one aftermarket radio which is popular(and expensive) is
mounted to the handlebars in a semi permanent fashion. My ham radio buddy suggested I use a traditional cb which is much more flexible.
Aside from finding a push to talk headset this option has me interested.
Any thoughts?

Cobra makes a bluetooth model, not sure how well it works
-
I believe the bluetooth is for a telephone hookup!
Thanks -
the bluetooth is in fact for phones lmao. I have never seen or heard of a cb mic which would allow talking without a push button to transmit.

I dont have one but cobra makes a bluetooth model
-
I had one music. The bluetooth is only for cell phones which also have bluetooth and it's a POS.

The cobra blue tooth is for phone only. There is no such thing as a cordless(bluetooth) CB. -
twobanger, Im afraid the "traditional" radio isnt gonna be water proof. I ride a Goldwing and have a CB permanently mounted with a push to talk switch on the handlebars. Check with J&M.com they make a lot of electronics for Motorcycles. Good luck and be safe.
