Motorcycle crash- citation

    I had a motorcycle accident, will this show up on my mvr, dmv print out?

    I started working with a company so no problems with driving records yet.

    Have to go court in Las Vegas, I'm not sure if it's serious or just a fine...please tell me if you know this is going to hurt my driving history?

    Well first, let me say this... I had to go the hospital via ambulance. And my phone was smashed after hitting the pavement.

    I really should of not received this ticket, but they don't want to argue with me.

    Still can't find out the severity of the citation.

    It's on a motorcycle not a commercial or personal vehicle so I'm hoping it's less serious...

    Will someone let me know or chime in with personal experience?

    Well, tell them that in court and bring documentation and you'll probably be ok.

    It appears to be a criminal complaint, so I would think not.
    But seriously, I would imagine if things are like you said and you could prove you were in an ambulance, there's not much to worry about.

    Why are you so worried?

    Here is what happens: you go to court, you present the judge/referee the information you need to explain to them what happened, and you have > 80% chance of getting it dismissed.

    I don't know how serious your ticket is. I can't tell if it's a traffic ticket or criminal.

    I'm glad it's not ANOTHER question like "I have multiple serious traffic tickets and paid a CDL school cash yesterday, and was wondering if those tickets will prevent me from getting a CDL job?"
