As a recipient of many many traffic tickets in the past I would not worry about. Just throw it in the trash like I used to do

But seriously I wouldn't worry aboot it.hope not dumb twucker Thanks this. -
So...you had a single vehicle MVA and you were injured.
Does your state have some draconian requirement to report all accidents in XXX amount of time?
You were transported from the scene; what about the Motorcycle?
Have you denied ownership?
Did your fellow riders remove the motorcycle and prevent the PD from seeing it?
So many possibilities all with the same answer.
YOU NEED LEGAL COUNCIL NOW ! ! !
Specifically one involved with the court's area 'cause they all know each other and sometimes the old boys club get things done.
Plus, depending on how/where the case is heard those with legal council usually get to go first 'in case the lawyer has more business today in another court'........hope not dumb twucker Thanks this. -
If you care enough about your CDL you'll get a lawyer involved instead of asking a bunch of strangers online.
Jamie01 Thanks this. -
All traffic tickets are generally criminal citations, you only have two choices, criminal or civil.
-
Traffic tickets are generally criminal offenses.
-
No they are not, they are civil infractions. Unless its like criminal speed, which is usually 20-25 over, reckless driving, or something like that.
But normal run of the mill not stopping at a stop sign type stuff is all civil. -
That doesn't sound correct.
-
It's not, hes wrong.tscottme Thanks this.

Here's a list of citable offenses and demerit points for Nevada, your specific charge is not listed, however, there are variations of the charge listed, some listing says it carries points, some say it does not. You'd be best to consult a real Atty. regarding this.
