I got my 6 months of training at Schneider, and Everything went well. Trucking experience to me is still overblown. However, I’m averaging 2500 plus miles a week and barely breaking 1200 a week. Trying to find better paying positions. I have hazmat and tanker, and am more than strong enough to do flatbed.

if anyone has any job links, lmk. Also, everyone said I’d just need 6 months of experience but everyone im calling is now saying they want 1 year.

side note: analytically I’m Schneider’s best driver in terms of drive time, service, fuel efficiency, idle time, etc. just looking at that pay check for 60+ hours of work is so soul draining.

Dang guy, that's pretty decent pay for 6 months. Check with the pumkin about a more lucrative route, Dedicated perhaps.

Still a bit early to jump ship from your current $$$.

For being in a luxury prison. I gotta disagree. 1600 would make me more happy, 2k would be perfect.

This is what I’m talking about, there’s so many egos in trucking they think backing the truck up can’t be learned relatively quickly.
I’ve got two college degrees come from south Alabama and this is child’s play, my guy. I’m here for money. Not because I have to be.

Ya’ll are so dumb, man. Ya’ll could unionize instead of thinking you’re this hotshot driver and make 140,000 a year. But nah, here we are, telling dudes they need 180 more days to be making more money in a luxury prison.

You have been assigned point man to unionize Schneider. Put those degrees to work. Clearly you did not do your research if you came to trucking for the money. Also lacking some sense to insult the same audience you are seeking advice from. Put on your seatbelt as you are about to be hammered.

I have done the research and logistics is a huge industry, with steady to strong growth that outpaces the market.

Hammer me all you like, and no one insulted you, dude. I had a cathartic reaction from someone insulting me.

Why do ya’ll need me to unionize? I just got here. And from this reply, yall wouldn’t even follow me.
