Oh my sides. You don't even know enough yet to know that that is just some retention programming honey. Do you honestly think a Mega like Schneider is going to publicly release fleetwide driver metrics to you ? No one gets that data (maybe DOT with a warrant gets a curated version). There are probably at least 800 fools rolling along right now thinking "I'm the best driver at Schneider". They just want you to stick around a little longer waiting for a "good boy" and pat on the head, or for the ego satisfaction of the narcissistic arrogant thinking they are the biggest fish in the small pond.

Experience in trucking / logistics is not just about time on the job. It is about practical experience and how to be fully efficient on day to day tasks in a safe manner to maximize all pay opportunities. Six months is not it. No matter how well you think you have mastered everything, you haven't. I have been driving for 11 years and I do not know everything and find there is always something new to learn.
Reminds me of stories I hear from a friend at my former career job prior to trucking. He still works there and I retired from 11 years ago. Different industry, same concept.
New people from the participation trophy generation complaining that they do not have the same pay and time off as him. He has over 20 years seniority. Besides his time seniority, he has mastered the job on a day to day basis and brings skills that help increase his pay.
These newer hires have a ridiculous mindset. They are destined for at worst failure and at best disappointment until they figure out they need to earn their expectations.Numb, Gearjammin' Penguin, bryan21384 and 2 others Thank this. -

Money didn’t come for me until I did two main things…first got three years solid OTR experience while keeping my record squeaky clean, then second and perhaps most important, actually take my time and researching to find a solid company to work for. You need part one to land part two. Especially in this current environment.
