Moving violation citation with no ticket or points

Will it go on my MVR? Officer was cool about it, all I gotta do is have my employer sign it. No points or ticket. Was in 3rd lane on 4 way highway

 

Your post is vague.Sign what? Did the officer do a DOT inspection?

You did received a ticket or warning for a moving violation.The issuing officer should have told you what it is. Who is the ticket made out to?

There should be a code on the ticket identifying the violation. Call the court to find out what the fine or points will be.

Do you live in the state where you received the ticket?

 

Officer said it is not a ticket.

Actually, it is just a driver vehicle examination report. That's it

 

Never mind I called, it is just going to go on mvr and getting few safety points, that's it.

 

The better question is why are u in 3rd lane when u drive for swift

 

I guess it turned into a 4 lane when I was originally in center and I was about to move over but I was on phone with the claims department
