I’ve worked locally in Chicago. None of the freeways there require trucks be in the right lane only.
You can’t be in the left 2 lanes. Right 2 lanes are permitted.

Idk i always counted lanes from right to left. So number 3 would be 2nd on left, which alot of big cities is illegal for trucks. He said he was in middle lane before it turned into 4 lane but he drive for swift no reason to be in middle lane in first place with a slow truckGlobalFM001 Thanks this.

They are counted from left to right. Number 1 lane being the fast lane
Edit: oh a swift driver. That explains the not knowing what a driver examination report is... even thought it’s usually printed in bold letters
D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
you got a inspection with 3rd land on it. the company doesnt sign a drivers ticket. they sign a inspection form.
-
so you was driving in the left lane the whole time. 2 lane(you in left) 3 lane(you in left) 4 lane(you in left).
-
you even have to have a dc plate to go into dc to del.x1Heavy Thanks this.

well this is a BS post, yes wrong lane is a moving voilation, and your employer does not have to sign it, you have to pay or go to court or both, if its a fix it ticket, then you were not sited for a lane violation, and the employer would have to repair it and have it signed off by a LEO.
So there something wrong with your post. So far it's a bs post.
