I got a ticket in California for being Out of Lane. I was passing some ####### going 46 in the 2nd right lane of I-10 and a trooper nabbed me.
Is this considered a moving violation in Texas, where I am licensed? Anyone have a recommended course of action?

Why would it matter that something isn't a violation in your state? I wouldn't try to use that as a defense as those lane warnings are literally all over the place in CA

I do that same maneuver in California often. Guess I’ve been lucky.
