Also, don't fuel on Fridays. That also hurts your mileage like the monthly thing as well since they figure it out weekly as well

Good plan. I tend to get home when the end of the month will be part of my home time. Many times my last stop before the deadhead is Conway Freight in Orlando. I still don't top the tanks. I get just enough to get me home and leave me with a quarter tank or so.

I got burned one month, topped of my tanks, parked the truck, and didn't have any miles to back-up that purchase. I got a call from Mike Per Gallon when I came back to work. Remember, they don't know how much you burn, but they do know how much you buy.

Regarding weekly, I don't worry about that since we are held to a monthly average and most weekends I have long drives anyway

I've never been called by mileage and I fuel before coming home for 4-5 days off, as well as buy on fridays all the time.

Stop topping it off. You have to burn what you put in to convert the gallons to miles, hence mpg. If you are having to run all your loads as fast as you can, maybe time management is something you need to look at. Shut the engine off whenever you can. It doesn't burn any fuel when its not running.
