Ms wanna drive trucks

    Will someone point me into the right directon towards finding trucking companies that will hire ex felons. I am trying to find several trucking companies that will do so. I would like to obtain some prehire letters from these such companies, so that I can be approved for the funding to start taking classes for a class A/B liscences. I am having a very difficult time finding any trucking companies that will hire me with a background. Will you please help me out with this situation I am new to this industry but I am very determined to give it a try and to succeed. Thank you,Shirley F. B...

    One hint on felonies . . . it will depend on how long ago and what they were for.

    Welcome to the boards Shirley and good luck. I think it will be increasingly hard for you with a felony. Yes like lil bit said it'll depend on what kind and how long ago. One thing though, the industry was hit real hard in the past few years and ALOT of companies closed their doors, this put alot of drivers out of work which means that the big companies can be rather pick and choosy about who they higher.
    That being said...it isn't impossible but will be difficult once again GOOD LUCK

    But it will be hard,but there are subjects on this ,just use the search button.
