awful! if the girl behind the counter would worry more about her job instead of what other people are doing, she might actually get something done. first of all, you pull into the facility, and are told to wait in line in your truck. do not even check in until your truck gets to the front of the line. no matter if even your picking up a pre loaded trailer. this wait could take longer than an hour itself. then you check in at the window, eventually given a door to back into, and surprise surprise, the load probably takes 2 or 3 hours. maybe its just me, or the lady behind the window, but their attitude is like, all drivers are beneath them and its like its takes all their will power just to acknowledge someone is there.
