But you did not stick him, just did it cause he needed it and you was his only option.
Peggy used to tell me: "Roger, we'd be millionaires if you had the killer" instinct to charge as you could.
But, I can feel good that I helped some people get things going again when they had no one else to turn too.
Money ain't everything, but it is a #### good substitute. -
1.. because he is a friend and I would do what ever I can to help a friend & he gave me a slot in his shop for my own truck and has done what he could to pay me
2 just to prove to myself & others I could do it
3 I also wanted the challenge plus I learned what to do different next time
Most of all I needed a break and time to revaluate some things -

I just sold my 12 valve 2 years ago, and have been wishing ever since that I had kept it

Talking about 12 valves. My 97.I bought it in 98 with 30k on it. It has 338k on it now. It's showing it's age but probably the best truck I have ever owned.
