Multi-vehicle pileup on I-44 near Halltown, MO

Can only imagine on that stretch ...not the most well versed bunch there on winter driveing and then throw in the NASCAR mentality along with Yahoo truck drivers ...disaster .

I just read another report in Oklahoma on 44 that untreated roads turned to ice ....I second the notion that a lot of people weren't reading road or weather conditions well I don't play with i44 like that ...and it's Superbowl Sunday you know them salt trucks ain't coming out until there is a wreck

 

Iowa , Nebraska , Illinois , Indiana , Ohio , Missouri , southern Ohio and Penn always sucks this time of year .
Snow hits a warm road when it's cold and turns right to ice .
Up north it hits a cold road and blows around .

 

I blame that frigging groundhog for this
